Within the framework of WOPs activities, two experts from the Office National de l'Eau et de l'Assainissement of Burkina Faso (Burkina Faso National Water and Sanitation Board) (ONEA) spent a week in Cotonou to train staff from SONEB (Société Nationale des Eaux du Bénin/Benin National Water Utility) on Non-Revenue Water related issues.

This activity, which is financed by the African Water Facility, aimed at making participants more operational regarding the methods of quantification of water losses, the sizing of meters and management of meter parks. From December 1st to 5th 2014, there was also a training and evaluation visit of the National Water and Sewerage Company (NWSC) of Uganda to Thika Water and Sewerage Company (THIWASCO) in Kenya. Two Ugandan experts went to train Kenyan agents on Cartography, Geographical Information System (SIG), Customer Management and Non-Revenue Water Management
