2015 waterlinksAbout WaterLinks WaterLinks began in 2008 as a platform for Water Operator Partnerships (WOPs) in Asia established by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), International Water Association (IWA), and United States Agency for International Development (USAID). In 2011, WaterLinks was incorporated in the Philippines as an independent non-profit organization. Recognized as the only experienced regional organization for the design and implementation of Water Operator Partnerships (WOPs) in Asia, WaterLinks catalyzes efficiency improvements to enhance and expand access to urban water and sanitation services.
